Includes installation and set up of a Nest or other smart thermostat. Includes setting the app up on your phone and a thorough explanation of use.
For systems requiring new thermostat wire, a transformer, or for engineering the system in any other way the price ranges from $199-$249.
Smart Lock Installation
Starting At $149
Installation of smart lock including minor door adjustments.
Electronic locks require that a door be perfectly aligned to allow free extension and retraction of the deadbolt. For doors with moderate or severe misalignment the installation price is $199 or $249 respectively.
